About Farming Score
Farming Score is a metric designed to highlight how much a player focuses on farming specific raids and dungeons in Destiny 2.
How is it calculated?
The score is based on your clears compared to a baseline for each activity. It takes into account:
- Highest Ratio: Your clears divided by the baseline for each activity, rewarding focus on a single activity.
- Normalized Time: Adjusts for your total playtime, so more playtime doesn't always mean a higher score.
- Entropy Penalty: Rewards variety. If you only farm one activity, your score is higher; if you spread out, it's lower.
Flawless clears do not count toward the farming score. Only regular completions are included.
Baseline is the expected number of clears for a regular player. You can see your clears vs. the baseline in the clears list and graphs.
